Job summary

Mammoet is hiring an Operations Manager in Rosharon, TX to lead safety-first, efficient operations across crews, equipment and projects. You will establish practical execution plans, coordinate mobilization and resource utilization, and mentor planners and supervisors to meet customer and business goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with a focus on aligning operations with Mammoet standards, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred.
• 12+ years of broad and relevant industry experience, ideally in heavy lifting, transport, construction, civil engineering, oil & gas, offshore, ports, mining or related sectors.
• Experience in an operations management or leadership role with responsibility for personnel, equipment, projects and resources.
• Strong understanding of heavy lifting and transportation equipment and operations; knowledge of project and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations function with a focus on safety, efficiency and Mammoet standards.
• Develop execution plans for projects and coordinate mobilization/demobilization of personnel and resources.
• Mentor planners and supervisors; drive workforce planning and competency requirements.
• Plan and monitor operations against budgets, customer requirements and business goals.
• Coordinate with project teams to understand and meet operational requirements; manage scope changes.
• Control costs, optimize resource use, and monitor performance through reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Mammoet procedures, safety standards and external regulations.
