Job summary

Mammoet in Rosharon, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support heavy lift and transport projects, ensuring accurate planning, resource coordination, procurement administration, and project documentation. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in project administration, coordination, procurement, or operational support.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong organization to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with project and financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• English fluency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating administrative and operational processes for large-scale projects.
• Managing timesheet confirmations and labor entries for accurate costing and reporting.
• Creating and maintaining resource demands in Quintiq for workforce planning.
• Creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to initiate procurement needs.
• Preparing and managing Service Entry Sheets (SES) for PO administration and payments.
• Supporting project billing plans for revenue tracking and invoicing.
• Coordinating ship-to party information to ensure correct deliveries.
• Maintaining project records and documentation in company systems.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, Finance and others.
• Identifying and resolving administrative discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
