Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Quick Response Center (QRC) Manager to lead site operations across pumps, seals, and rotating equipment. You will own end-to-end execution, safety, quality, and customer experience while managing assembly, machining, DCI, and field service.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen programs, oversee P&L, labor utilization, and CapEx, and partner across regions to ensure best-in-class delivery and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or aftermarket repair operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Strong track record in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S/6S, Kaizen, or root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with KPIs such as OTD, TRR, warranty, and backlog.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing, assembly, machining, testing, and aftermarket repair operations to maximize throughput.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ISO quality management adherence.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop direct labor and supervisory staff; plan succession.
• Develop and execute operational plans for labor utilization and CapEx.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to reduce backlog and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Project Management to ensure order execution.
