Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Manager for the Quick Response Center (QRC) to lead site manufacturing, repair operations, and field service for pumps, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment.

You will drive throughput, OTIF delivery, and a zero-incident safety culture while managing a diverse, multi-disciplinary team. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5S/6S and Kaizen to eliminate bottlenecks, improve repair scopes, and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in progressive manufacturing or aftermarket repair operations.
• 3-5+ years in direct supervisory/site management.
• Knowledge of pumps, mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or related industrial equipment.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S/6S, Kaizen, or Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing, assembly, machining, testing, and aftermarket repair operations to maximize throughput.
• Champion safety-first culture and enforce ISO quality management systems.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and develop direct labor and supervision staff; build succession plans.
• Manage site P&L including labor absorption, cost management, CapEx planning.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce bottlenecks, backlogs and warranty costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Quality, and Finance for accurate quotations and order execution.
