Zusammenfassung

Flowserve is seeking an experienced On‑Site Project Manager to lead aftermarket fulfillment at the Rancho Dominguez QRC in California. You will own end‑to‑end execution of complex rotating equipment repairs, from teardown through testing and customer dispatch.

You will translate WBS into actionable shop-floor schedules, drive critical path delivery, and lead cross‑functional kickoff meetings to ensure scope, quality, and commercial requirements are met on time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in heavy industrial repair center, aftermarket service facility, or precision machine shop.
• 3+ years focused on technical order fulfillment, service center operations, or plant outage/turnaround project execution.
• Strong familiarity with industrial rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, seals, API 610).
• Knowledge of repair processes including DCI, machining, welding, balancing, hydrostatic testing, NDT.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and ERP/MRP platforms (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management under high-stakes turnaround conditions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Drive end-to-end operational execution for complex rotating equipment overhauls on the service floor.
• Translate WBS into shop-floor schedules and manage critical path to meet delivery windows.
• Lead kickoff meetings and phase-gate reviews; ensure commercial, quality, and inspection hold-points are integrated.
• Collaborate with the GM, shop supervisors, mechanics, engineers, buyers, and sales teams to manage schedules and budgets.
• Serve as primary operational and technical contact for customer plant buyers and reliability engineers.
• Review contract terms, manage scope changes, track cost variances and milestone invoicing.
• Use ERP/MRP data to monitor WIP, publish weekly progress reports, and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Maintain document governance for submittals, NDT records, hydrostatic charts, and quality data.
