Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to lead aftermarket fulfillment at our Quick Response Repair Center in Rancho Dominguez, CA. You will own end-to-end shop-floor execution for complex rotating equipment overhauls and emergency repairs, driving on-time delivery and quality.

You will coordinate with the plant GM, engineering, procurement, and sales to manage scope, budgets, and customer expectations while leveraging ERP/MRP data to forecast WIP and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in heavy industrial repair or machine shop environment.
• Deep familiarity with industrial rotating equipment and API standards.
• 3+ years in technical order fulfillment or outage projects.
• Solid understanding of repair processes (casting/forging, welding, NDT, machining, balancing).
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP tools and data in dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site shop-floor project execution for complex overhauls.
• Translate WBS into detailed schedules and manage critical path.
• Lead stage-gate reviews and align with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the facility GM, shop mechanics, engineering, procurement, and sales.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and cash collections.
