Job summary

StemWave in Boston's Seaport is seeking a senior Business Operations Manager for an executive-level role overseeing finance, contracts, and overall company operations. This full-time, in-person position requires leadership, ownership of P&L, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.

You'll report to the CEO, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure disciplined execution across departments, with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and owning a P&L.
• Comfort navigating legal contracts and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead operations with executive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Review a business P&L, oversee budgets, monitor revenue and expenses.
• Serve as primary liaison with outside counsel, manage contracts and compliance.
• Oversee leadership meetings and drive cross-functional execution.
• Outline and implement the 90-day plan across finance, legal and operations.
