Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Business Operations Director to lead strategic operational initiatives across the New England region. You will own the P&L, drive project margins and EBITDA, and oversee staffing, utilization, and budgets, partnering with Commercial to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.

The role requires extensive leadership across finance, HR, and delivery teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of post-education experience.
• Active involvement in local and/or national professional practice organizations.
• Experience with change management and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and business plans to drive excellence and growth.
• Lead day-to-day operational activities across the region, ensuring alignment with goals and policies.
• Monitor and interpret KPIs and financial data to evaluate health and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set objectives and action plans aligned with strategy.
