Job summary

TGC Search is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to oversee CPG packaging projects from development through manufacturing, quality control, and delivery.

The role collaborates with senior leadership and development teams to provide operational structure across manufacturing, vendor management, production schedules, purchasing, documentation, quality, and delivery. Domestic and international partners are involved, with an emphasis on accountability and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CPG/packaging operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with domestic and international production partners.
• Strong vendor management and procurement exposure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines from development through manufacturing and delivery.
• Oversee manufacturing, quality, and delivery across domestic and international partners.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, onboarding, updates, and performance.
• Coordinate purchase orders, approvals, and project documentation.
• Standardize and improve operational and manufacturing processes.
• Provide senior leadership with project status, risks, and performance visibility.
• Identify delays and drive timely resolutions.
