Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience in industrial automation or equivalent environment.
• 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing, operations, logistics or supply chain.
• 5+ years of leading leaders in multi-level organizations.
• Experience in production management and leading performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP); data analytics and power BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing and logistics operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity goals.
• Develop capacity planning, operational readiness, and execution of customer commitments; drive Lean initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, labor plans, and capital investments; manage cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Provide recommendations on priorities, risks, and performance improvement opportunities to VP Operations.
• Lead KPI reviews and daily management systems; foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
