The role blends hands-on operations on the floor with strategic planning, capital project support, and cross-functional collaboration to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, IE, or CI with 3+ years leading engineers.
• Proven IE/CI projects delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost, or productivity gains.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, work measurement, capacity planning, standard work, KPI management, and problem solving.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred) and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building teams and cross-training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Engineering and CI initiatives driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Develop and execute the IE roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Champion Lean, operational excellence, and process optimization.
• Prioritize and lead engineering and CI projects with measurable results.
• Drive automation, digitalization, equipment, and process improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with structured processes and coaching.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional partners to solve problems.
• Establish KPI-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Support capital projects with business case development and ROI analysis.
