Lenze is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations in Massachusetts (Uxbridge) to lead daily manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will optimize labor, equipment, and processes to maximize output and on-time performance while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience in industrial automation or related sector.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct reports in manufacturing/operations/logistics.
• 3+ years in hands-on Production Supervisor role with 50+ frontline employees.
• Lean manufacturing, CI, and Operational Excellence experience with measurable results.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; familiarity with MES and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (<5%).
