Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct reports.
• 3+ years hands-on Production Supervisor experience.
• 3+ years leading managers in a multi-level manufacturing/operations organization.
• Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on leadership to Production and Logistics supervisors to ensure safety, quality, productivity and delivery.
• Direct daily manufacturing and logistics operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity goals.
• Lead KPI reviews and daily management systems to prioritize actions and improve performance.
• Develop leaders, hold teams accountable, and foster a culture of safety and high performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, working capital, and on-time delivery.
