Job summary

Lenze is seeking a Manager of Industrial Engineering in Uxbridge, MA to lead a team of six IE & Test Engineers and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

This onsite role partners with Operations to translate priorities into actionable plans, build capabilities, and develop standardized processes. You will shape KPI-driven decisions and collaborate on capital projects to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/IE/CI with 3+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Proven track record delivering IE and CI projects with measurable results.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead IE and CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop and execute the IE roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and process optimization across the site.
• Lead and prioritize projects with measurable, sustainable results.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with structure, processes, coaching, and cross-training.
• Partner with Operations to solve problems and align priorities.
• Establish KPI-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Support capital projects with ROI analysis and implementation planning.
