Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• 4+ years’ experience in supervising & leading teams.
• Proven success implementing Lean systems.
• Strong ERP experience and systems thinking capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach logistics personnel.
• Oversee logistics operations, including shipping and inventory control.
• Establish and report key performance metrics.
• Champion Lean principles and drive improvements.
