Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in pump and well systems, water infrastructure, or technical services.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Strong financial, forecasting, and KPI skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day branch operations including safety, logistics, and field execution.
• Own branch P&L with budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA targets; coordinate with finance on costing.
• Drive business development through CRM, manage key accounts, and regional outreach.
• Lead EOS processes (L10s, scorecards, issue tracking) and drive process improvements.
