United Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, world-class customer service, and compliance with standard processes to drive efficient operations.

Responsibilities include supporting financial objectives, guiding staff performance, and promoting a safety-first culture while coordinating across branches and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Responsible for performance management of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other staff as applicable.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
