Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead RPM Service Centers with focus on safety, efficiency and cost control. You will build a strong management team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer and production expectations are met across multiple remote sites.

The role requires deep manufacturing oversight, Lean/5S expertise, and proven ability to manage budgets while developing talent.

Qualifications

• Must lead and develop a team of Service Center Managers across RPM sites.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and lean/continuous improvement.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and develop a team of Service Center Managers.
• Provide leadership across RPM by demonstrating ORBIS values and culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Service Centers.
• Review production metrics, labor hours, and KPI trends.
• Review and manage expenses including labor, forklifts, and repairs.
• Drive adherence to SOPs and best practices across centers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Vendors to scope opportunities.
• Plan and manage program implementation once new opportunities are secured.
