Job summary

ORBIS Corporation is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead RPM operations across multiple Service Centers, focusing on safety, efficiency and profitability. You will build a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Commercial, Engineering and Finance to scope and implement new opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of manufacturing or distribution leadership, LEAN/5S expertise, and strong budget discipline, with a preference for cross-location oversight

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend written and oral English safety rules and instructions.
• LEAN, 5S and process improvement experience is required.
• Intermediary financial knowledge to understand budgets and statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Service Center Managers.
• Oversee day-to-day RPM operations across multiple centers.
• Monitor production metrics, labor hours and KPI performance.
• Review and manage budgets, expenses, and equipment costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SOPs across sites.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering and Finance on opportunities.
