Job summary

Performance Team is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Operations Manager in Ohio to lead large-scale warehouse activities, develop business plans, and drive P&L performance. You will oversee production planning, cost controls, quality standards, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Requires a BA/BS, 5–10 years of related experience; Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Five to ten years related experience and/or training.
• Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations business plans, including P&L and customer requirements.
• Guides development of a distribution center process plan with personnel, material, and safety needs.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met and drives cross-functional coordination.
• Trains staff and ensures adherence to policies and regulations.
