Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple large-scale warehouse and distribution operations on site. You will be responsible for developing the DC business plans, managing P&L and budgets, meeting customer requirements, and coordinating production, quality, and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of related operations experience.
• P&L management experience is highly desirable.
• Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations plans including programs, budgets, and customer requirements.
• Sets production and quality standards, cost controls, and delivery data.
• Leads deployment of a DC process plan and manages personnel, material, safety, and equipment needs.
• Monitors costs, quality, and delivery commitments and resolves issues to minimize delays.
• Directs coordination with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Trains staff to follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees administrative tasks for warehouse operations and reporting.
