Job summary

Performance Team, supporting a Maersk operations role, seeks a leader to manage large-scale distribution center operations and drive development of company products. The role involves P&L responsibility, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination to meet production and delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years related experience and/or training is highly desired.
• Spanish speaking skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations business plans including P&L, budgeting, and customer requirements.
• Provides input to development of customer relationship strategies.
• Establishes production and quality control standards and develops budget and cost controls; obtains data on products ordered.
• Guides distribution center process planning including personnel, material, safety, facility, equipment, and customer requirements.
• Ensures all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates activities with other functions and suppliers for optimal resource use.
• Reviews reports and directs resolution of operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Performs administrative tasks for warehouse operations, including data compilation and reporting.
• Defines responsibilities of staff to meet business objectives and trains employees to comply with policies and regulations.
