Job summary

STC Health, a division of Harris, seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead DevOps, Platform, and IT functions supporting IIS for state health departments, federal agencies, and pharmacy partners. This remote role oversees legacy remediation while designing a modern platform and governance around vendor contracts and cost control.

The role requires 7+ years in DevOps/IT leadership, strong vendor management, and the ability to manage two platforms during transition with a focus on

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT leadership.
Experience modernizing legacy infrastructure while in live production.
Experience designing or standing up a new platform Operations model.

Responsibilities

Lead legacy remediation and platform transition with controlled downtime.
Design Operations model for the new platform including staffing, tooling, and processes.
Own vendor and tooling contracts, cost modeling, and renewals.
Collaborate with VP and Sales on cost, budget, and pricing for Operations work.
Establish and report operational metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and cost per environment.
