Job summary

STC Health, a division of Harris, is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead our DevOps, Platform, and IT teams in support of immunization information systems for state health departments and federal partners. This remote role welcomes candidates across the US.

The role combines legacy remediation with the design of a modern operational model, plus vendor contract governance and cost accountability to Sales. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or IT leadership.
• 3+ years directly managing technical teams.
• Experience modernizing legacy infrastructure in live production.
• Designing or standing up an operations model for a new platform.
• Strong vendor and tooling contract management experience.
• Ability to build cost models that inform pricing and deals.
• Excellent communication with Sales and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams across infrastructure and tooling.
• Own day-to-day execution of platform reliability, IT services, and automation.
• Establish metrics on uptime, MTTR, and cost per environment.
• Drive process improvements and ensure SOC 2 and healthcare compliance.
