Job summary
STChealth, a division of Harris, seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead DevOps, Platform, and IT for immunization information systems serving state health departments, federal agencies, and pharmacy partners. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US.
The position combines legacy remediation with a modern platform transition and heavy emphasis on contracts, cost accountability, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in DevOps/Platform/IT leadership with 3+ years managing technical teams.
- Experience modernizing legacy infrastructure while it remains in live production.
- Experience designing or standing up an operations model for a new platform rollout.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Cost modelling experience that informs pricing and deals.
Responsibilities
- Remediate legacy environment and lead modernization efforts with minimal disruption.
- Design Operations model for DevOps, Platform, and IT support during platform transition.
- Lead DevOps, Platform, and IT teams; manage staffing, performance, and career development.
- Own the lifecycle of tooling and vendor contracts, renewals, and cost exposure.
- Provide budget roadmaps and cost insights to VP, Support Services and Sales.
