Job summary

Shields Health Solutions, LLC. seeks a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a team of Operations Associates and MPS staff, ensuring timely and accurate data analytics reporting and effective process improvement across sites.

You will drive reporting quality on refills, onboarding and clinic implementation, coach regional teams, and partner with leadership to design ad-hoc analyses that support core operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of pharmacy experience; 2+ years in Sr. Operations/Implementation roles preferred.
• Experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians.
• Experience with Pharmacy Operating Systems: Epic, WAM, QS1, TelemetryRx, Therigy.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency in a professional setting.
• Ability to transform large data into digestible reports.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage team members (Operations Associates, Regional Integration Managers, and MPS staff).
• Solicit feedback from end users and implement reporting/process improvements regionally or site-by-site.
• Maintain accountability over reports covering refills, MSOT, patient engagement, onboarding, and clinic materials.
• Support clinic implementation with data analysis for volume, staffing, and launch materials.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new operations staff.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses with regional leadership to support core operations.
