Job summary

Shields Health Solutions in Hartford, CT seeks a Senior Manager of Operations to lead Operations Associates, Regional Integration Managers, and MPS teams. You will ensure timely, quality analytics reporting and oversee accreditation-related reporting, driving process improvements.

The role requires strong data skills, leadership, and collaboration with regional leaders to support staffing, onboarding, and strategic growth across sites. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of relevant pharmacy work experience; 2+ years in Sr. Operations roles preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred; MBA/PharmD a plus.
• Experience with Pharmacy Operating Systems required (Epic, WAM, QS1, TelemetryRx, Therigy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage team of Operations Associates and/or Regional Integration Managers and MPS team members, ensuring task completion and quality of materials.
• Solicit feedback from end users and implement reporting adjustments or process improvements to support operational needs.
• Maintain accountability over reports and analyses including refills, MSOT, patient engagement and onboarding, and clinic materials.
• Support clinic implementation through data analysis supporting volume expectations and staffing.
• Coordinate training of new operations staff and design a project plan for onboarding.
• Partner with regional leadership to design and develop ad-hoc analyses to support core operations.
• Communicate staffing needs with clear allocation of workstreams.
• Drive innovation in reporting based on feedback and data availability, across sites.
