Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a team of Operations Associates, Regional Integration Managers, and MPS staff. The role ensures timely, high-quality data analytics reporting and accreditation reporting while gathering user feedback to drive process improvements.

You will partner with regional leadership, influence staffing, train new hires, and advocate for innovative reporting to support growth and efficiency across health system partners.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years of relevant pharmacy work experience; 2+ years of (Sr.) Operations Associate or (Sr.) Implementation Associate experience preferred; experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians strongly preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred, MBA/PharmD a plus.
• Experience with Pharmacy Operating Systems required (Epic, WAM, QS1, TelemetryRx, Therigy).
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a professional work environment.
• Experience with creating and analyzing reports in Refills, MSOT, patient engagement and onboarding, operational efficiency, waterfall, clinic implementation, clinic optimization, enrollment-to-fill.
• Ability to manage large quantities of data and transform into digestible reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Operations Associates and/or Regional Integration Managers and/or MPS team members, ensuring high-quality materials and analyses.
• Solicit feedback from end users and implement reporting adjustments or process improvements across the region or sites.
• Oversee reports and analyses including refills, MSOT, patient engagement, onboarding, and clinic-related materials.
• Support clinic implementation with data analysis that supports volume expectations and staffing.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new operations staff, creating project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to design ad-hoc analyses and processes to support core operations.
• Communicate staffing needs and propose reallocations to regional leadership.
• Drive reporting innovations based on data availability and feedback.
• Lead improvement initiatives at health system partners to drive growth and efficiency.
• Foster an equitable, collaborative environment and enable stretch assignments across sites.
• Support site leaders to meet refill, onboarding, and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks when site-specific.
