Job summary

Shields Health Solutions seeks a Senior Manager of Operations to lead Operations Associates, Regional Integration Managers, and MPS teams. You will drive timely, high-quality analytics reporting, manage accreditation-related outputs, and implement feedback from key users across regions.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvement, collaboration with Sr. MPS and Clinical MPS stakeholders, and training of new team members. Travel to partner sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7+ years in pharmacy operations, with leadership experience.
• Certification in pharmacy-related field preferred; MBA/PharmD a plus.
• Skilled with Pharmacy OS and data reporting tools; Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Operations Associates, Regional Managers, and MPS teams.
• Ensure timely, high-quality internal analytics reporting and onboarding.
• Develop and refine reports; drive process improvements across regions.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new operations staff.
• Partner with regional leadership on ad-hoc analyses and projects.
• Travel to health system partners as needed to support operations.
