Job summary

Lineage is seeking a hands-on Manager of Operations at Sulphur Point to lead a 16+ person team in a busy cold-storage operation. You will balance safety, performance, and service delivery to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive accountability, develop capability, and maintain a strong team culture while building trusted customer relationships and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy operational environment.
• Ability to have tough conversations to drive accountability.
• Seasonal shift pattern leadership experience.
• Commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
