AdvaCare Home Care in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our growing non-medical home care operations across Arizona. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring safe, compassionate care for clients while scaling services.

Based in Phoenix, travel across the state is required to support staff, clients, and expansion. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, compliance, caregiver credentialing, and performance standards to drive

Qualifications

3–5 years of high-level operational or management experience in skilled home health or non-medical home care.
Arizona home care experience and AHCCCS/ALTCS knowledge preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and scale operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, caregiver staffing, client services, compliance, and quality assurance.
Develop scalable systems, procedures, workflows, and performance standards.
Maintain compliance with payer requirements, EVV, caregiver credentialing, and company policies.
Improve caregiver recruitment, onboarding, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Strengthen client satisfaction, communication, and service delivery.
Work closely with executive leadership to support company growth and expansion.
Help open, develop, and oversee additional service areas throughout Arizona.
Travel throughout Arizona to support staff, clients, and agency operations.
