Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with at least three years of nursing experience, including at least two years as a registered nurse providing home health services.
• Active state nursing license and CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• In-office attendance is essential to achieve objectives.
