Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of an entire home health provider in Arizona. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, manage staff performance, and drive profitability while maintaining high quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure with supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to coordinate multi‑discipline teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home health
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation
• AZ: Must have at least 3 years nursing experience with at least 24 months as an RN in home health services
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the company's immediate and long-range objectives
• Oversees eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plans services
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring regulatory compliance
• Enhances profitability and motivates/retains staff while ensuring quality of services
