Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead the Air-Cooled Chiller Value Stream at our Charlotte facility.

You will drive end-to-end manufacturing execution, delivering safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost outcomes while building future leaders and a culture of continuous improvement. You will partner with Quality, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Product Engineering to develop strategy and execute transformational initiatives in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading leaders in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the Air-Cooled Value Stream.
• Own the value stream P&L performance and manage labor, productivity, quality, inventory and costs.
• Lead annual operating plans, capacity planning, headcount planning, and capital investment initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into measurable operational objectives and ensure execution.
• Lead multiple manufacturing lines to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
