Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required in engineering or related field.
- 2+ years in manufacturing or operations leadership.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles preferred.
- Experience leading in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across air-cooled chiller assembly lines.
- Own safety, quality, delivery and cost performance on shift.
- Develop team capability and enforce standards through coaching.
- Identify constraints and drive improvements to meet takt time.
- Lead kaizen events and daily continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate with IE, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
