Jobot is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing activities in Bloomsburg, PA. You will drive operational excellence across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment, focus on safety, quality, cost, and productivity, and develop front-line leaders to achieve sustainable improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, experience in food or CPG manufacturing, and a strong background in Lean, TPM, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large-scale, multi-shift manufacturing operations in 24/7 environments.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG manufacturing required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operations leaders.
• Strong background in production management, operational performance, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Set safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and engagement expectations.
• Translate schedules and objectives into on-floor execution.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders to improve performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to meet plant goals.
• Support capital projects and new product introductions.
• Lead organizational change through communication and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
