Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, a business unit of Post Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Bloomsburg, PA facility. You will drive safety, quality, and performance while coaching a team in a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule and collaborating across shifts.

You will support SQF food safety and quality practices, manage inventories, and implement standard work.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Must be experienced with continuous improvement tools and techniques.
• Availability to work a 12-hour night schedule, including every other weekend.
• Willingness to take on broader assignments at other Post locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality food with strong service, efficiency, cost and OEE.
• Turn production priorities into clear daily direction and coach employees.
• Support SQF food safety and quality practices across shifts.
• Develop and implement standard work and continuous improvement across safety, yield, and efficiency.
• Promote effective shift-to-shift communication and cross-location collaboration.
