Savage X Fenty in Miami Worldcenter is seeking a driven Retail Full-Time Sales Lead to support day-to-day operations and team development under the Store Manager. This role focuses on delivering a fearless, confident, and inclusive customer experience while upholding our brand values in a growing retail fleet.

You will lead by example, drive store performance, train associates, and ensure product knowledge across fabrics, features, and fit.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role in high-volume retail.
• Experience in lingerie or intimate apparel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold an inclusive store culture reflecting our values and brand ethos, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty duties: opening/closing, deposits, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.
• Drive KPI targets by fostering ownership and accountability across the team.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire the team to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and organize stockroom and back-of-house.
• Protect safety and security standards and support accurate inventory counts.
