Boosta, a holding tech company with a global reach and a network of over 800 specialists, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager. You will drive operational efficiency, document processes, and lead cross-functional improvements across teams to ensure high-quality execution and SLA adherence.

You will implement data-driven improvements, optimize budgets, and support dashboards and workflows in Jira, while collaborating across business units to deliver consistent results in a flexible remote setup.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience building, documenting, and improving business processes to be clear, efficient, and consistent.
• Ability to turn data into actionable improvements and solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills to align work across teams and departments.
• Experience driving change even without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Create, optimize, document, and maintain operational processes.
