Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of the Office of Operations (remote, United States) to lead enterprise-wide execution in a mission-driven healthcare tech setting. The role reports to the COO and focuses on transforming operations, governance, and performance management across the organization.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, establish dashboards and executive reporting, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record in performance management systems and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise strategy execution and translate priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish enterprise operating rhythms, governance, and executive reporting.
• Lead strategic initiatives, align stakeholders, allocate resources, remove obstacles and mitigate risks.
• Design KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to monitor progress.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve service delivery, finances, and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Standardize processes and governance to reduce complexity and improve discipline.
• Direct change management initiatives with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and foster shared ownership.
• Evaluate and improve operations infrastructure, tools, and planning processes.
