Thales USA, Inc. (AMS) in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Program Manager to lead production program execution from sales handover through delivery and closure of contractual commitments.

You will manage day-to-day program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customer requirements, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met. This role requires strong risk management and customer interfacing abilities in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Relationships: primary customer contact for assigned programs; communicate status, milestones, risks and issues; coordinate deliverables and dependencies; plan and conduct reviews; handle contract modifications and change requests; coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
• Deliver Program Commitments: execute programs per contract requirements, schedules, and quality; monitor cost, schedule, technical objectives; identify and manage risks and opportunities; escalate significant issues.
• Program Planning and Control: develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, forecasts, baselines; monitor EAC; track progress; prepare metrics, dashboards, and reports for management.
• Lead Cross-Functional Program Teams: coordinate activities among team members; assign and track work packages; facilitate stakeholder communication; monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support profitability and performance objectives: ensure alignment with program goals and provide ongoing status updates.
