Job summary

thyssenkrupp rothe erde in Ohio seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Lead to drive TKPS/OPX, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and cross-functional improvement projects across the plant. You will work closely with plant leadership to deliver continuous improvement and enhance processes.

Responsibilities include training associates in TKPS/drive methods, leading digital tool implementations, data analysis, and dashboard development to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (VSM, 6S, SMED, DMAIC).
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects and driving measurable operational results.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience supporting or administering a Quality Management System, with familiarity with ISO 9001 and working knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 management system standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver service improvement activity using process improvement methodologies (6 Sigma, SMED, 6S, VSM).
• Understand and integrate ThyssenKrupp Production System (TKPS) and TKPS/drive into operations at all levels.
• Lead the integration of TKPS methods, systems and practices into operations.
• Design, install and debug programs and tools for process improvements.
• Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement in operations and other business areas.
