Qualifications

- Experience with property management software and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a designated portfolio of communities and support the Director of Operations.
- Assist in annual operating and capital budgets, marketing, and business plans.
- Monitor financial performance and reporting to clients.
- Mentor onboarding of new Portfolio Managers and supervise portions of onboarding.
- Implement sales, leasing, and operational plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and maintain resident retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support business development efforts and client engagement.
