• Asset & Inventory Management: manage consignment agreements, field cycle counts, and inventory adjustments.
• KPI & Performance Management: monitor KPIs and drive improvements; develop SOPs and reporting.
• People Management: lead and develop logistics team and ensure training and compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure adherence to safety and regulatory policies; maintain housekeeping.
• Systems: navigate MoveMedical and ERP systems like SAP, AX, WebOps, TOTVS.
