Job summary

OrganOx is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Upstream, at its Madison, NJ headquarters. You will own the global roadmap for the clinical portfolio, bridge clinical needs with technical development, and guide early-stage opportunities toward defined product requirements.

You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, QA, and Marketing to shape strategies, assumptions, and business cases for future connected medical devices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in medical device product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a technical equivalent.
• MBA or advanced degree (MD, PhD, MS) preferred.
• Experience in upstream marketing or product strategy highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the 1.5-to-5-year global product roadmap for the clinical portfolio.
• Lead portfolio prioritization balancing disruptive innovation with extensions.
• Monitor healthcare regulations, reimbursement shifts, and market trends to pivot strategy.
• Translate clinical insights into PRDs and drive cross-functional collaboration for launches.
