Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Operations, Middle Office, Back Office or Trade Support within financial markets.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and global settlement.
• Experience with equities, fixed income and U.S. Treasuries.
• Proven client-facing and trade support capability.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end client onboarding, including new accounts, sub-accounts and managed funds.
• Maintaining client static data, SSIs, commission details and regulatory classifications.
• Overseeing trade booking and allocation through CTM, FIX and manual workflows.
• Supporting equities, fixed income and U.S. Treasury trade processing.
• Managing the full booking, matching and settlement lifecycle across global and domestic markets.
• Investigating settlement breaks, fails, unmatched trades and SSI discrepancies.
• Performing daily position reconciliations.
• Completing TRACE reporting for fixed income products.
• Supporting audits and maintaining operational procedures and governance.
• Leading operational projects, system upgrades and process improvements.
• Managing exceptions including penalties, buy-ins, corporate actions and cash discrepancies.
• Providing high-quality client support across the trade lifecycle.
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
