Job summary

Mothership Coffee Roasters in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own the commissary, catering and events operations, and partner with the roastery to deliver on-time coffee for all channels.

You will run budgets, manage inventory and cost control, build scalable SOPs, and ensure profitable performance while coordinating with the sales team and leadership on new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in F&B operations with hands-on logistics management.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration to influence partner teams.
• Experience owning a P&L and managing budgets, COGS, and waste KPIs.
• Ability to build scalable SOPs and operational dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commissary operations and full on-time fulfillment for cafés, wholesale, and catering.
• Coordinate with Head Roaster to align production with event and retail demand.
• Lead event operations and BEO execution with venue coordination and timelines.
• Direct logistics, fleet routes, warehouse staging, and delivery schedules.
• Own budgets, margins, inventory systems, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage post-event billing and accounts receivable escalations.
• Directly supervise commissary manager, event leads, maintenance, and delivery staff.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards; support new revenue initiatives.
