Job summary

MCSgo is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as the acting COO for their assigned account segment in the Phoenix area. You will own year-over-year profit growth and ensure KPI execution while leading a team of Account Coordinators.

You will translate client requirements into scalable workflows, build a strong service delivery team, and collaborate across field operations to meet client expectations and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Two to Five years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
• Demonstrated experience with event and project management.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements and KPIs into workflow processes and train staff to execute them effectively.
• Establish and continually update an operations plan to meet client requirements/KPIs, including manpower, coverage, and process improvements.
• Build an effective service delivery team with clearly defined roles and expectations.
• Collaborate with the field to meet client service requirements or source providers when field engagement is impractical.
• Create daily tracking reports of service delivery and coach accordingly.
• Provide periodic service delivery report cards and support leadership presentations.
• Proactively solve problems and maintain a high sense of urgency.
• Lead and coach a large team to deliver sales and support services.
