Job summary

MCS RESI LLC in Phoenix/Tempe, AZ is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as acting COO for their account segment. You will translate client requirements into efficient workflows, train staff, and continuously improve processes to meet KPIs and budget goals.

You will build and lead a service delivery team, collaborate with field operations, and deliver periodic performance reports to clients and leadership, while demonstrating urgency and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a similar environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience with event and project management.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements/KPIs into workflows and train staff to execute.
• Establish and update an operations plan to meet client KPIs and budgets.
• Build and lead an effective service delivery team with defined roles.
• Collaborate with the field to meet client expectations and resolve issues.
• Create daily/periodic reports on service delivery and coach the team.
• Provide quarterly performance report cards to clients and leadership.
