Job summary

Circles is seeking an Operations Manager to own a portfolio of workplace hospitality and employee experience programs across multiple client accounts. You will lead, coach, and coordinate onsite and hybrid teams to deliver exceptional service while optimizing performance and client relationships.

The role requires travel to client sites, regular onsite presence, and collaboration with HR, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multi-site operations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Experience managing hospitality/conierge programs in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee client accounts and service delivery.
• Lead frontline hospitality teams across locations.
• Travel to client sites for launches, training, and support.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and QA initiatives.
